Do not use them if you want a delivery. I called 6 hours after delivery was due, they had "missed" it. The delivery will be by end of day. NO DELIVERY Next day, they had passed it to another florist who claimed nobody was home. It was to a Concierger that is manned 24 hours a day! They did not follow up.

I have had 2 friends send me flowers through Landmark Florist, and in both cases to say the flowers weren't fresh was an understatement. I didn't say anything the first time, but yesterday my brother sent me an arrangement with 2 dozen yellow roses (which I'm sure he paid dearly for) and several of the petals had already started browning at the edges and one of the 4 lysianthus was completely dead. I called and told one of the employees (very kindly), he was going to pass it along to the manager, and the manager never even bothered to return my call.

I received an order of flowers from Landmark Florists sent by my brother for my birthday and I was very satisfied with the product that was sent. Their service was better than satisfactory. When the order first came to my house, I was not home so the delivery man had left a note on the door saying that the flowers had been left with my neighbor. After I received my flowers, they even called back to check if I had received them and that everything was in fine condition.
