Go to Benz Elite!!! They offer more personalized service in comparison to other places I have taken my Benz to for service. You feel the personal service and genuine care about your business that is lacking in other places. They have won me over as a new customer! The thing that makes them unique is when i had to rearrange my drop off and pick-up time over and over again....they worked around my schedule to accommodate me.

Benz Elite is an extremely professional, proficient and considerate organization. Emile treated my older Mercedes with the care that he would lavish on a brand new S-Class and worked hard to correctly diagnose and repair the issue, rather than throw parts at the car. I found dealing with Benz Elite to be a pleasure, as they were very responsive and willing to explain the repairs needed. Benz Elite is the perfect place to take your new or classic Mercedes. I am from North Carolina and I was in Northern Virginia for an interview in July when my car ('94 Mercedes C220) developed a very strong vibration. I contacted Benz Elite and they were able to see my car the same day. When I brought my car in they immediately began diagnosing the problem. After driving the car twice to feel the vibration, they put my car on the lift and found that my front and rear flex disks needed to be replaced. They even brought me into the shop to show me what was causing the problem. Within 2 hours my car was repaired and I was back on the road. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Benz Elite and the quality of the work they did. I will be moving to the area soon and I know that whenever my car is in need of service I will come to Benz Elite. I highly recommend Benz Elite to all Mercedes, BMW and Porsche owners.

As a BMW and a Mercedes Benz owner, I rely on Benz Elite Automotive for maintenance, accessories, and repair. I like having dealer-worthy service at a more reasonable price - especially these days.
